    Slimbridge

    My loyal fans will no doubt notice the dramatic change in scale in my subjects this week. I ventured down to the Slimbridge wetlands in Gloucester and tried my hand at some bird photography, the results of which will be trickling into my profile over the next few days.     100th Deviation!!

    A dung fly of all things! My new resolution is to stop focusing on getting ridiculously close, and start making shots that are of a higher quality artistically :) I'm only using half of my extension tubes, trying to get a thicker depth of field and using diffusers now to remove glare from my flashes.

    Insect Macro Club!!

    I couldnt find one on dA so I decided to make one myself! Exciting huh!

    Ive submitted some of my most popular shots to get the ball rolling, so please, if you are an insect macro photographer, join the club and hopefully increase your fanbase and meet more people into the same stuff!

    I've published a quick journal on the club page, as it says, it is an unsubscribed account at the moment, but if it becomes popular then I will fund it myself :)
